Refund policy
At Fairway & Folly, we want you to love what shows up at your door. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.
We offer refunds for:
- Items sent incorrectly
- Damaged or defective products
Refund requests should be made within 30 days of your purchase date. To start one, email us at support@fairwayfolly.com with your order number and a quick description of the issue (a photo helps if something arrived damaged).
Free Size Exchanges
Because our shirts are printed to order, we can't accept returns for change of mind. But if your size isn't quite right, we'll send you a replacement in the size you need — on us.
To request a size exchange, email us at support@fairwayfolly.com within 30 days of your purchase date with your order number and the size you'd like instead. The shirt should be unworn and in the condition you received it.
One exchange per order.
A Note on Print-on-Order
Every Fairway & Folly shirt is printed just for you, which means we can't keep returnable inventory the way a traditional retailer can. We work hard to get every order right the first time and when something slips through, we'd rather fix it than argue about it.
If anything changes about this policy, the current version will always live on this page.
